Everyone is starting work at the same time, resulting in transport frustrations, spreading of flu, negative attitude and no creativity in problem solving.
Workers are physically in the box but mentally absent leading to injuries, death, mistakes and illnesses.

Giving length of service award makes the employee rusty and dusty, not dynamic for self-driven success. No passion, no integrity, no breakthrough, no career satisfaction ... 老弱残兵


Example 1:
In a sloppy foreign company, they did not upgrade the water dispenser using hazardous Styrofoam cups daily but spend on useless stuffs. With their high education, the top management in a listed company implement ridiculous idea to a team of managers. ''If you come back to work on weekends and new year, company will pay you ten dollars a day." No man is available to lift up the water refill and the CEO must do it? The CEO eventually fall sick so we need a better blueprint for healthcare. They prefer to own more foreign private hospital trust for the consequences. They have too many CEOs in the battlefield and lousy compliance procedures. The insider trading audit should be targeted on ceo, cfo and directors for their high impact and volumes on shares. All of them have high qualifications but the schools never teach them about water dispenser so they cannot solve the problem? CEO and the team always come to work late but they keep blaming one person. With the increasing number of unmarried women, workplace become the forbidden city. Most of the CEOs are unable to lead the team and unethical. Did they pass PSLE or cheat their certificates? How can investors trust the annual report with camouflage flaws? Team players will not bother to avoid blanket party. How can they expect newcomers to solve the problems overnight?

Example 2: SME ~ SO MANY EXCUSES
1. They do not know that a congress existed for so long.
2. They are confused with grants for company funding.
3. They do not know the directions for the company.
4. They do not know what training to give.
5. They cannot manage the accounts and priorities.
6. They do not know how to automate without foreigners.
7. They cannot innovate new gadgets for growth.
8. They cannot focus with many types of businesses.
THEY CAN ONLY SEE THE TALLEST BANK AND KEEP ON BORROWING MONEY.


Example 3:  欺 君 之 罪 满 门 抄 斩
Company forced employees to sign non disclosure agreement with the motive of cheating government on foreign manpower headcount, grant, corporate tax and gst.


Example 4:
There is a loophole to overcome in employment scam for PME. 
Employee joins a company only to discover that the company has many financial debts, penalty on CPF and rental, accounts backlog for one year and most employees are foreigners. These companies are irresponsible, always hiring at the last minute for financial year closing.
Employee wants to resign within 2 days but employer wants him to pay the notice for one month.
It is illegal to threaten new employee to compensate without knowing the real situation in the company. The employee did not get salary for working there. The company keep collecting cash from people like scam, without declaring in the accounts. Even insurance company has a 14 days free look for its policy contract.

To be responsible and fair, employee should be given 14 days to verify upon joining.

Example 5:
Do not sign contract with k*** tuition centre, causing disruption in education with unethical practice. Cheating, breach of trust, did they pay corporate tax? How many people have they cheated to become millionaire? They are causing people to downgrade while the government is helping people to upgrade.

1. They renew lecturer contract without signed document. There is no class throughout the year.

2. 25 Nov 2017 
Without student payment, commencement date or basic pay, they suddenly called and asked the lecturer to start a class in toa payoh branch. Lecturer went down but student did not sign up for class. Tuition centre did not compensate for any loss and lecturer did not earn a single cent.  Both the student and lecturer have selected sembawang branch but the toa payoh branch do not co-operate due to their sales target and commission. The CEO did not pass PSLE again. Instead of operating business with effective way, he is causing internal disputes and threatening with contracts. He should open a law firm.


An example of how a founder without degree qualification become millionaire with fair practice. His team is dynamic, self driven and dare to chiong without threatening or cheating. A win win solution for customers and employee welfare with effective method. His incentive or commission is not based on individual branch which lead to disputes. Business deal closed for any branch location will be recorded with staff name and rewarded according to the effort to go to the extra mile in reaching the entire team target. This will prevent losing customers due to staffs defending their own territory or branch. With fair practice, staffs are willing to take ownership without supervision.
Integrated learning in career is different from applied learning in school due to the high risks in financial constraints.


3. 4 Mar 2018
There was no regular class and suddenly they called to start a class in any day they wanted. The lecturer is travelling overseas this month, can only start the class after the trip but they began to warn him with the contract. Without earning a single cent, they expect people to compensate thousands of dollars if he did not turn up. When he turn up and there is no class, who is going to compensate for airline, hotel and expenses?

4. How many people have they threatened and cheated with this business operation? Did they pay the fees after teaching? They are suspected of cheating compensations without declaration for corporate tax. How can they ask the lecturer to pay for their irresponsible act? They expect all the teachers to wait for them everyday without earning any income?

5. These unethical companies are causing disruptions in the government measures to upgrade education and improve society. People are unable to earn a living, pay tax leading to robbery, crimes increase and terror attacks. The poor becomes poorer no matter how much you donate.

6. Some people think that they are very smart to remove evidence and claim that they are false allegations. Some people have high positions, run the business with family inheritance, no professional ethics, having masters degree without know how and threatening others.

WHO TAUGHT YOU TO BECOME WHO YOU ARE TODAY?

Example 6:

The very young and inexperienced public doctor diagnosed that it was a mild cough with medications. However, his conditions became very serious after taking the medications. The patient has to take x ray and spend on a private doctor. This mistake lead to serious consequences.

1) The private doctor diagnosed that he had bronchitis which worsens after the trip.
2) He has to claim for this medical bill as he is unemployed.
3) This mistake has affected his overseas trip which cost $4000.
4) His continuous coughing has affected many people staying here.
5) He is unable to attend job interview.
6) He is suffering badly and unable to sleep for many nights.
7) It is important to maintain fair practice for healthcare reputation and conduct.
8) Claim should be allowed to be responsible and accountable in professional ethics.
9) How can a sick person sign digitally on pdf claim form which does not work?
10) Family member should be allowed to submit the claim when the patient is too weak.
11) Irresponsible public doctor claimed that it was not his fault as the illness was mild condition. Who wants to see a doctor to make the illness more serious?
12) The private doctor was told to give a stronger medicine for bronchitis but he did not.
As a result, the illness has turned into  Pneumonia 
13) DO NOT SEND OUR STUDENTS TO THAT COUNTRY FOR MEDICINE STUDY, THEIR STANDARDS HAVE DECLINED. DOCTORS WHO CHEATED IN THEIR EXAMS WILL ALSO CHEAT IN THEIR CAREERS.



Example 7: 
Integrity and professional ethics in banks
~ Cheating customers to earn peanuts
Bankers are poor people who always take money from parents for branded goods, car and rent condo to appear like millionaires. 
 Poor parents will give whatever they have because they think their children are owners of the bank.

SC banker set new regulation that you must open savings account in order place fixed deposit.
Customers do not need their savings, fixed deposit or hard core investment products.


O*** bank teller purposely delay for one hour to get a banker when customer declared to place fixed deposit only. 
On the front, the banker confirmed that he has followed up with customer instruction.
Behind, he threw away the slip so that he can sell the hard core investment products when customer renews the deposit.
Customers do not need their fixed deposits anymore.

U** bank credit card promotion does not deliver its benefits.
Their promotion has been recorded and it does not have expiry date.
They removed the benefit after customer received the credit card. 
Customers do not need their credit cards and accounts anymore.
The employee of this bank will ask for every relative full name to check their wealth and spread it to everyone.


Bank staffs have poor mindsets and feel inferior because their parents are not millionaires.
They cannot manage their own finances and yet they want to do financial planning for us desperately. 

1) They borrow a lot of money and pay installments for LV, Mont blanc, Tiffany, car, renovation, furniture, electronics and property.  Within three years, they are broke but they repeat the same mistake after some time.

2) They are earning an income and asked for money from parents hard earned savings with the excuses of investing shares for them and opening a store in the air.


We are back to a third world country when we waited two hours for counter withdrawal transaction. Based on their double entries, slips of different sizes and colourful carbon copies, they are slow and prone to mistakes. We just want to have fixed deposit withdrawal credited through PAY NOW but their brains cannot function anymore. Cheques and third party processing do not benefit the business.




Example 8: Unfair practice 
Contagious employment virus
Japanese trading company should freeze hiring and detain the finance manager who claim that she is migrating overseas, to stop virus spreading in our country.

As a PR from that country, she thinks that she had married a rich and invincible man. She dumps the financial mess she had created and escape by migrating to Holland. During her 5 years of employment, she has been nasty, rude towards her subordinate and colleague. She 'train' her colleague by throwing her millionaire temper and gives restriction on lunch break. She is irresponsible by dumping her work, rushing others and leaves the office early at 4 pm. Her subordinate was unable to cope, tolerate with her and quit leaving a year of accounting backlog and unclear payment. She is suspected of fraud on claims and payment. Being paid for her bonus, salary and leave, it is illegal and unacceptable that she puts aside the unresolved issues for a year. How are they paying tax when nothing can be found?

This employment virus eventually spread to the new manager who fell sick because of her and also quit. She has been rushing him to master everything within a day, restricting lunch break, scolding him and unable to track the missing payment caused by her.

The directors and ceo did not believe that new manager was sick, which could lead to sudden death with chest pain. They did not accept his medical leave, resignation notice period, asked him to leave without paying notice in lieu and basic salary. There is Employment Act violation when they forced the employee to change the last day of work on the resignation letter to avoid paying the notice period.

The PRs from that country always mess up the payment system in the companies, abuse the locals and have to hire David Copperfield to solve it.  Who will be the next victim hired when everyone dumps the work pollution in our country and migrates overseas?


Example 9: Illegal contracts on employment, Will and trade
Located within the university, employer never issues a copy of employment contract to employee and threaten to sue when employee finds them suspicious and quits. Immoral, unethical cfo, director and lawyer use huge amount of public funding to do plant oil research which damage the ecosystem. 


Without employment letter, the director demanded compensation in cash from victim to pocket the money. There are one thousand ways which the corporate cheats in official receipts for cash, purchases and claims. There is no justice if you are not born with golden spoon.

Example 10: Being too nasty leads to harm upon themselves
For employees who cannot claim overtime, companies will intentionally forced them to work seven days including new year.  Pretending to have meeting in late evenings, disallow employees to attend training after work and purposely trigger disputes with invincible power.

That marine hr director claimed that 60 percent of their employees are below 30s. Since he wants to measure performance by age, then he should leave the company because he is very old, very fat, poor attitude, unable to perform and company is not doing well.
Mean people like this will drag down other subsidiaries,big loss for shareholders, high cost, increase crimes and society issues. He is enjoying life at the expense of everyone.


Example 11: Unfair practices
A public figure is wasting the taxpayers' money asking about salaries, making silly speeches for many years, got his position through family background without true capabilities. He does not deserve his salary and position. He has nothing to do for the country by opening door for the opposition with such question.  When he gets into trouble, he will say that his son is in hospital to defend his position.  His wife damaged his reputation with her poor foreign background from the corrupted country, very cheap to hang around with many men and desperately showing off that she has hooked the richest fool. She would ask married men out for supper at midnight hours so she is cheaper than prostitutes.
Another person is showing a lot of guilt in his eyes by accepting bribes to defend criminals.
A fool is making a fool of himself by charging anything to solve problems. He only eats at home without knowing the worse consequences when the population runs out of plastic bags to throw rubbish. 
Increasing more telcos to compete in small market leads to retrenchment, shareholders loss by acquisition with low price. Having useless scientists to do plant oil research a huge loss. 
Since antibiotics cannot kill flu virus, then why did doctors want us to finish them? Spending so much money on western and Chinese doctors, even private hospital but all the medicine cannot cure. Useless to assign agents to us when everyone has to buy travel insurance online and submit the claims no matter sick you are.
All caused by people with background but no capability.

Therefore, certificates do not ensure integrity, credibility and performance. Unfair practices in family background rise above all.


Example 12: Accounts consolidation
The old foxes from the elder generation cheated millions from the board. The directors are unable to lead the team, train and apply solutions on the processes. They continue to punish newcomers leading to high staff turnover, while the accounts snowball becomes insoluble. They keep pushing managers to upgrade while they are worrying about their children watching porn or playing games at home. Sooner or later, their spouse or children will grow up to hate and murder them. The result of ceo, cfo and directors being incapable and abuse people. 解 铃 还 須 系 铃 人
With the discrepancies of 3 million and accumulating, the director who joined the company for 12 years is still watching 先保佑Going back to the past when there was no ATM and tell her staff "We are going electronic ..........???"
So where are we now?
Being afraid of getting caught and charged, the director claimed that it was not fraud but due to staffs making mistakes. Therefore, the insoluble loss will accumulate to 10 million in the following year. They will earn undeserved high income and die of diseases young or killed by their families.  
People are suffering from high cost of living because of their corruptions.


Example 13: Self check in machine
Airport self check in is a hassle for passengers and staffs.
Passports are rejected due to name differences from the air tickets, which take longer time to process at the counter. Airline claims that there is no space to include long names with hanyu pinyin as in passport. It is not necessary to verify names as there are many people with the same names. Furthermore, passport number and thumb print have ensured accuracy. This does not justify the cost of new system, longer delays and higher airport tax.



Example 14: Employee training
Sending employees to irrelevant training as a way to retain and make them pay if they resign. This makes employees more determined to resign.
What is the point of telling us that you are close to our founder when it is not relevant to the business, job and technology? People are more concern about insolvency than the founder.

Example 15: Useless membership to beg for money
Poor association keep asking for money with higher annual fees and expensive courses otherwise individuals will lose their finance memberships. They are unable to justify the cost and effectiveness of the courses with true examples. We do not pay and study blindly. UNETHICAL PRACTICE TO THREATEN MEMBERS THIS WAY.  Can the trainers show practical expertise? More will give up their memberships and workers from that country will corrupt all the accounts. The result of poor welfare and no respect to members. Where do budget and annual report come from?

Employers want to hire professionals with this membership and yet they do not support and respect them. This opens door to foreign accounts corruption at executive level. Finance is the blood of all industries, the company is bleeding badly and eventually close down.

No integration
Ineffective methods and processes cause management to blame one another, wasting of resources on office politics. Workers are forced to sleep in the box when the system bursts.
Corporations are unable to analyse on what and how to improve in a restricted box.

Without integration with technologies and collaboration, corporation will lose its market share and collapse. 

Unable to integrate people and stay united when supreme leader is corrupted.


International
Corporations are spreading the loopholes and mistakes to overseas subsidiaries.
Good workers are leaving and bad workers are staying to cheat by back stabbing.


Workforce
'Working long hours means hardworking' culture.
No charging of energy, working on weekends and holidays lead to three scenarios.

1) Workers are eating snacks, chatting, listening to music but not working overtime.
2) Workers are too tired and sick to think of solution. Reports are never accurate.
Errors will be hidden under the carpet till it bursts.
3) Workers will be underpaid and cheat the company.

Unfair practices lead to terrorism, social issues, frequent job loss, abuse, family breakup, crimes increase, impact on GDP growth and harm the future generations.

Workers are not motivated to upgrade and innovate in the black sheep culture.
Education funding and processing will be cheated with unfair practices.
Implementing CSP or ABC will not work when the salary and bonus schemes are not effective. There will always be fraud, scams, smuggling, money laundering, terror attacks no matter how you check bags or strengthen the security.

Every corporation must implement the system development life cycle project for every team member to contribute their analysis and design solutions. Bonus should be given for effective improvement and good examples to prevent sleeping on the job. Fixed bonus will be taken for granted. 赏罚分明

Constantly doing routine tasks will not be rewarding for company and employee development. Low income workers who cannot contribute solutions will be a crisis for the company, as the younger generation will not be taking over their jobs and not interested in the unreliable budget.
