There must be legal action to cut ties with toxic, shameless generation. They cause so much disruptions in workforce. No matter how nice you are, they will still abuse you. They wanted to threaten and get money through the government. No claim for selfish and irresponsible parents. Too much family stress on worker will result in passenger plane missing out of sudden.

Low self esteem people are not confident, incompetent and no self respect.
They are rude, always want to show that they are stronger than others.

Not ready
After having employee training and grant, there is no improvement if the employer continues with misconduct and unethical treatment. One sided learning does not help anything.

Employer has high qualifications such as phd and experience but still requires spoon feed without initiative. They are selfish enough not to adjust working hours despite of thousands of workers unable to board the crowded train during peak hours. In many ways, they do not know how to operate a business, no human intelligence, let alone artificial intelligence.

Who wants to chiong with salary increase yearly on the same job scope? Worker with high responsibility is getting the same salary as worker with lower tasks. Training does not help to apply skills on the job, it is to claim money only.
Soft skills have been applied by one party only, the employer is an unpredictable trumpy elephant.

Both parties dislike the old method of overdue salary payment, inaccurate, slow and inconvenient. Foreign workers are paid faster than professionals. Getting salary is more volatile than stock market.

Employer has to go for career and marriage counselling. Unethical employer causes broken families, fire arson, murders, scams and terrorism.

Employee is ready to receive salary but employer is not ready to pay.
Employer is ready to receive payment but client is not ready to pay or no client.

Taking care of staff welfare means taking care of customers and business growth. Poor company culture increases threats and drives investors away.

A team of self driven associates with unlimited income to progress transformation between employers and employees. They are paid for well deserved performance with good career prospects. Associate with regular pay shows little or no progress.

The problem here is that from childhood we’re told to study hard.
Then we start our career and we’re told to work hard.
