Problems
1. Inherited skin disease causes high irritation and disruptions to personal life, education, career and the duty to serve the country.

2. 引 蛇 出 洞
Company hired Singaporean with motive of cheating grant. After getting the money, they want to get rid of Singaporean and hire foreigner. They are running non essential business, useless to the economy.  The COO fake Singaporean manipulates on the accounts by changing figures without proof or document in order to keep his five figure salary, cheat grant, government and investor by using our credibility on citizenship.

1. Company is submitting fake report to investor and government to claim a few hundred thousand grant for fashion ecommerce which suffer losses in their app. 

2. With all foreigners, CEO hired Singaporean with the motive of getting grant. He disregard the regulations and discriminate Singaporeans by scolding Singaporeans stupid for being honest and should listen to big country. They also laughed at Singapore for hitting the highest in virus outbreak. 

3. He pays salary without fixed date and overdue. Salary for resignation should be last day of work and not overdue. 

4. He instructed staff to enter office building with another person’s NRIC during virus outbreak. He always said that he can do anything by giving MOM a coffee treat. Unwilling to open windows and china staff did not wear mask for flu.

5. He does not want to pay employee CPF. CEO is using Singapore grant to pay foreigners a lot of bonus and get rid of Singaporean. 

6. After getting ninety three thousand grant,  he forced Singaporean to resign by instructing COO to harass him with fake report after working hours and weekend. Despite of telling them that the company laptop was faulty with noise, poor connectivity and low memory, they ignored him and gave more pressure. After he resigned, they stopped pestering for fake report. 

7. After receiving more than one hundred thousand fund for the crisis, he proceeds to claim five thousand from employers federation without hiring any Singaporean employee. 

8. He hired a new finance manager from mainland to continue cheating. 

9. The COO, a fake Singaporean who draws a five figure salary is unable to develop business and cheats to get funds. After the lockdown ends, live streaming income reduces and fashion app or ecommerce not sustainable. They continue to fake and cheat in scheming ways. 

10. They discriminate Singapore but use this country as a base for cheating and become rich, with non essential and useless business. 

11. Finance executive sleeps on her job, refuses to work with Singaporean and only listens to COO from her country. 

12. Owning two companies, CEO plays manpower tricks to cover up foreign workers headcount.

Therefore, Singaporeans lose jobs due to unfair practice and threats although they are skilled. Stop funding unscrupulous company, they should compensate employee for job loss. Fraud is dangerous for shareholders, investors, employees and government.

3. Lost of parcels, merchandise or luggage impact on customers and businesses.

Family and community break apart due to unfair practice with selfish and irresponsible ways. This worsens global warming, outbreak of diseases and disasters. Devastators among elders and leaders corrupt, bribe and harm everyone.

It is bad example, unethical, food wastage, unhygienic to throw food up and down for celebration.

Increasing of diseases from seafood due to treating sea as a huge rubbish chute to throw ashes, money and junk for personal gain.

Shameless generation eat all kinds of beasts so they were punished by the beasts in return.

Cheating of giveaway in finance and resources due to manual recording and verification, not just by the poor but also by the rich in private properties. Earning above $15 000 per month and yet taking advantage of the poor.

From 3 million to 3 billion, there will be a lot of Ming Yi monks.

5. 病 从 浅 中 医 ?
Multiplying effect of respiratory virus.
Seeing doctor for mild cough does not help, the cough syrup worsens the conditions and medical bill rises to few hundred dollars. Doctor simply says that the symptoms do not appear in the beginning.

6. 挂 羊 头 卖 狗 肉 Travel agency breach of trust.

They made customer travel a long distance to collect and process their cheque, which is prone to spelling errors and fraud. It took so many days for them prepare the payment. They refused to apply digital payment and customers do not want to do business with them anymore.

Their foreign workers will not bother to improve in order to avoid more troubles. They would rather pass the inconvenience to customers who pay their salaries. By refusing to apply digital payment, they will suffer losses even without crisis.

For data protection security, foreign workers cannot photocopy customer NRIC or address which they use for harassment. Therefore, digital payment with transaction records should be applied.

Upon booking, they use tricks to lure customers for payment.

They quote lower price with luggage on credit card payment.

After customer reaches there, they quote higher price and dislike credit card/NETS payment.

They either say there is no more luggage,  impose a surcharge for credit card, or discount is for cash only so that customer pay cash instantly.

Therefore, they can tamper on the accounts for audit or tax and trick customers with cash payment.

There is no government for foreigners.
Despite of showing them the printed name at least three times for the cheque, they purposely do it their own way and make excuses for the mistake. The invoice and passport showed the correct name as well. They refused to change the cheque.
Despite of reminding them that there is deadline to cancel travel insurance, they refused to comply.

7. Groceries panic.
Burden health with toxins, sugar and fats.
Food wastage without a meal planner.
Unhealthy eating due to difficulties with daily menu and ingredients.
Overspending without budget, plan and setting intentions for meals.
Eating junk food without a strategy for healthy eating.



8. Selfish and irresponsible virus outbreak due to wastage and pollution caused by having break record mass sales.

Solutions
Success comes to those who start… and then.

• Give their ideas the time and energy needed in order to fly.
• See their goals through from inception to attainment.

6. Apply corporate digital payment for sustainable business.
For breach of trust, selfish and irresponsible practice, impose penalty, suspension, freeze and cease operation.

All banks must impose high fees on cheque to prevent intentional mistake and for companies to switch to digital payment.

7. With a weekly meal planner, nourish your body and brain to be resilient against disease.
Reduce food waste by planning with a purpose.
Make life easier with ingredients and meal plan made ahead of time.
Save money by zero food waste with constant practice.
Stick to food budget without carving for junk food.




8. Have a cuppa. Do good, feel good.

Shop intentionally. Can it be recycled?
Declutter responsibly.
Choose compostable plastic.
Go for meatless diet.
Organize fridge by first in, first out for zero food waste.
No smell composting. Freeze food scraps and drop them in composting bin.
Increase home cooking.
Avoid disposable. Apply regenerative waste.
Invest in green energy company.
Use washable mask like bra.

Failure to do so leads to more diseases and disasters.
